True love has no ending. Yesterday may have been a lucky day for my daughter at the casino, but this week has been a lucky one for me in terms of fandom. I'll be doing a dry run before he gets here Saturday, but I'm going to see how much I can do with standard dyes before I give in and just paint the things. ;D Like everything that looks easy, I'm sure this will be more challenging than it appears. He is a 'pig' fanatic so I'm guessing as long as I have that one down it'll be the only thing that matters. Oh! And I need to make a map of where all I'll be hiding the Easter eggs. Otherwise I know I'll still be finding them at Halloween. Also! Amazon just delivered the last two books in the Hunger Games Trilogy as an early birthday present. I couldn't put the first one down so I'll be eager to see what I think of these. ( My Banner art taken from the 'Fic Warning Series' for OoC ) I've been involved with slash fandom since I was 18. And I absolutely would have read it earlier if I had known where to find it. My earliest work is only available in fanzines, most of which had a print run of perhaps only 50-100 copies. And while I did use a number of pseudonyms - including some I can't recall - for at least 20 years most people knew me in fandom by my real name.
